I’m Platform Partner at Dreamcraft where I’m building the offering I was missing when I was a founder and the support I would have liked to receive from our investors when I was an operator. My role is also to internally build and support our organization on everything related to people and externally support our portfolio on the same subject. 

10 years of startup experience both as an operator and as a founder, I have seen “The good, the bad and the ugly” when it comes to early businesses. I have lived and worked in Denmark, The US, Ireland, India, The Netherlands and France.

Very cliche but everything that is People related, employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, retention, well-being are subjects that I am VERY opinionated about! I love data, even if I am not formally trained in it, I am fascinated by what we can build nowadays in HR, from qualitative to quantitative.

I’m a father of 2 Franco-Dano-Italian gremlins and I love cooking, lego and playing Civilisation!
