AirHelp is a technology company that provides legal services to airline passengers who have experienced a flight cancellation, delay or overselling when traveling. They fight for millions of travelers around the world who are unsure of their rights, lack the time, or lack the expertise to embark on the claims process independently against the major airlines.

We invested in Airhelp, as their vision was to solve a big problem, which we (un)fortunately knew well, in a large, global and growing market. Other founders had the same idea at the time, but our analysis said that this team was quite unique and had a very good chance of becoming one of the category winners with good unit economics due to high levels of automation.
